Recommended Reading for Grievers and Grief Professionals
There is an abundance of material available for help, guidance, and understanding in the bereavement process. If you are newly bereaved, remember your attention span and ability to concentrate will be diminished, so take it in small does, and try to allow time to contemplate and digest what you have read. As you assimilate ideas, thoughts, and accounts from others who have walked where you’re walking, a sense of connection and a soothing balm may begin to settle on your heart and mind.
